Question: It is a framed picture of the ticket stub (which was down in front) and also a copy of the front page of the paper saying they won. The paper is shrunk down in size to fit the frame but the ticket stub is fully original. How much do you think you could get out of something like that? Thanks!
Answer: It would have little to no value. However, if you had the entire ticket in unused condition with the stub attached there would be some value, maybe twice the value of the price on the ticket.
